Fairview Farm Events

When it comes to advertising a product like a wedding venue, you have to think a little outside of the box! With small audience targets but a bigger price tag, it’s important to show what the couple will experience on their big day.

The Goal

This venue wasn’t seeing much of a return from traditional marketing sites like The Wedding Wire or The Knot, so we wanted to put as much of the marketing budget we could into advertising on Google and Meta platforms. On Meta, we needed to create attention-grabbing media and captions, and our Google ad campaign needed to appease a wide range of users.

The Strategy

One of the best combos for a business with beautiful visuals is a combination of Google and Meta ads, as this will capture users at most points of the searching process. With Meta ads, we wanted to utilize all of the gorgeous photos and videos we’ve been sent from our couples, so any potential leads can visualize their perfect day. We had a wide range of ad types- videos, carousel posts, and singular photos. All were created in an effort to stop someone while they’re scrolling. Then, when someone looks the venue up online after seeing the ads on their social feeds, our Google Ad would show as well, full of verbiage to convince a user to click onto the website. No ad campaign is complete without a designated landing page. Not only for easier tracking, but so we can guide the user to take an action as soon as they get to the page.

The Results

This strategy worked perfectly from the start. While we normally advise a low period in leads while the various algorithms figure out the new information, that did not happen here! On average, we have seen a 43% increase in leads this year compared to last year. We quickly saw that these leads were of quality, as the rest of our open weekends filled up very quickly! Now, we are booking into 2027 and 2028 due to the success of this campaign.
